Beton Brut Pandora Leather

Beton Brut translates as raw concrete, and is where the term Brutalist architecture comes from.  This light grey nubuck reads as the color and texture of concrete, but has a soft and supple hand with a subtle nap that is extremely gratifying to touch.  It's a great compliment to the clean, geometric lines of our pieces, and will age beautifully with time like a Brutalist masterpiece.

Pandora is a nubuck cow leather.  It goes through a gentle abrasive process to create a very soft, velvety nap, and is then given a subtle oil treatment to produce a supple, rich handfeel.   Pandora has a matte finish and a visible texture to it, and will develop a rich patina as it ages and wears.  By default we skive it to .8mm to make it comfortable and mobile, but still robust enough to be durable and last for many years to come.
